We cater to customers within the European region, utilising premium courier networks, including but not limited to DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated transit times range from 3 to 8 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

Delays and Investigations: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeline, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings of the assessment, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Transfer of Risk: In strict compliance with European consumer legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the items. Risk does not transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

There is no requirement to return the damaged item to us.
